- Log into your personal online Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) Recertification Profile.
- Record the activity under Category 7: Continuing Education and Training.
- Enter 4.0 under total contact hours.
- The Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) portal will automatically apply 0.4 points toward your 5-year recertification cycle.
Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) credential holders include: CSP, SMP, CHST, OHST, and CIT. Points are awarded at a standard rate of 0.1 points per 1.0 contact hour of technical safety or medical training under the BCSP self-reporting framework.
